  • Right & Left Arms, Men's and Women's competition
  • Double elimination competition format
  • Competitive weight classes: 80kg, 95kg, 95kg+
  • Register on the day between 10am and 12pm at the Stockmans Bar and Grill (inside Ekka Showgrounds)
  • Competition start time 12pm sharp
