Smoothies are a great way to get multiple vitamins and minerals all in one easy hit. Just chuck all ingredients in a blender and then drink with mouth. That’s all there is to it.
RECIPE 2: POWER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 branch of kale leaves
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of Bulk Nutrients chocolate protein powder
- 2 scoops of Bulk Nutrients Branch Chain Amino Acids
- 1 tbs of Bulk Nutrients L-glutamine
- 1 tbs of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of quinoa flakes
- 1/3 cup of blueberries
- Almond milk
- A dash of maple syrup
