Queensland State Championships

Queensland has been relatively quiet on the armwrestling scene over the last 18 months, but that is all about to change with the first official Queensland State Championships scheduled to take place on Saturday October 20th at the Brisbane Convention Centre proudly hosted by the Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo.

About the CompetitionWhat you need to know

  • Proudly hosted by the 2012 Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo
  • Sanctioned by the Australian Armwrestling Federation (AAF)
  • 5 competitive men's weight classes:
    Right Arm - Under 80kg, 80-95kg, 95kg+
    Left Arm - Under 95kg, 95kg+
    (all competitors must be 18 years and over)
  • Double elimination competition.
  • Entry Fee $30 per arm, or $50 for both arms
    (entry to the expo will be free for registered competitors)
  • Awards 1st - 3rd Place all classes.
  • Checkin and Weigh-ins Saturday morning 9:00am sharp outside venue
  • Competition will begin at 10:15am at MUSCLE BEACH location inside expo, and finals will be held on the main stage at 1:45pm.
